Throughout my life, I have come to understand that vitality is not shaped by one massive decision, but by the small choices we make every day. This company is built on the values of continuous learning, rigorous evidence, and radical transparency\u2014even when the answers are complex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My hope is that every product we create, every article we publish, and every conversation we have helps you feel more informed, more hopeful, and more empowered to invest in your greatest asset: your health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For more than three decades, I built a successful corporate career while quietly fighting battles very few people knew existed. Like many, I became incredibly good at appearing strong. I delivered. I performed. I smiled. I solved problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yet behind the scenes, I was navigating a web of seemingly disconnected health challenges:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Each individual symptom was treated, but the underlying question remained unanswered: Why?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Uncovering the Root Cause<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Over time, I learned that symptoms tell us something<\/em> is wrong, but they don’t always tell us what<\/em> is wrong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Eventually, an endocrinologist uncovered the true culprit: Graves\u2019 disease<\/strong>. Treating the condition transformed my life and taught me the vital importance of looking deeper than the surface.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    But the lessons didn’t stop there. Following years of prescribed opioid medication for my chronic pain, I faced a grueling battle with dependency. Breaking free from prescription addiction was one of the hardest things I have ever done. It permanently reinforced my belief that lasting wellness requires treating root causes, not masking symptoms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Through subsequent chapters navigating menopause, surgery, body dysmorphia, and eating disorders, I discovered a universal truth: health is never just physical.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
